Shipping policy
Once an order is received, the order is dispatched on the next working days. Then the delivery lead time shall be around 5-6 days from the date of dispatch for domestic and 7-10 days for International.
Express delivery shall be made on approval only for urgent orders on request, and charges are to be borne by the customer. In a rare case of delay in delivery due to unforeseeable circumstances, Ikos shall not be held responsible if our third-party couriers fail to deliver.
For all international orders, we will provide you with an estimated delivery date for your order at the time of placing the order. We do not ship on Sundays or on nationally observed holidays.
All international orders may be subject to import/customs duties or local taxes, which are levied by the importing country you are in & they shall be borne solely by the recipient on arrival. Kindly check with your local customs authorities to find the correct information on import duties from India.
If we anticipate a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. Delivery delays can occasionally occur around public holidays or at other times due to unforeseen circumstances. We do our best to provide timely deliveries to all our customers.
Orders once shipped, cannot be cancelled.
